Terms & Conditions

1. Registration
   • Parents must complete the registration form via Fleedu App. Upon registration your child will be allocated a class and you will either be given a commencement date, or your name will be entered onto the WH waiting list if there is no current vacancy.
2. Trial Session
   • Parents are required to purchase a form and fill it in with complete data before attending the trial class. Should Parents request a trial period, free of charge one day trials are offered for all levels, after which parents can make an informed decision as to whether to enroll their child. The trial fees; Rp.200.000 and it automatically will cut your registration fee off whenever you join Wonderhope Academy
3. Session Fee
   • Parents of regular students are responsible for paying all fees associated with the selected session package. Tuition fees include children’s classroom stationary (Tuition Fee increases apply with a range of 6-12 percent each year). We have a 15 minute grace period after home time to be picked up. There will be a late pick-up fine of 50.000/half an hour. It is going to be detailed in a children’s tuition monthly bill by the finance department.
4. Payment Schedule
   • Pay your tuition fee between the date: 25-10 and on time to the due date written, to avoid a penalty payment Of Rp.140.000/ a week late fee charges.
   • The fees will be billed 2-weeks prior to the commencement of the school term and payment must be settled promptly to keep your child’s place.

5. Cancellation
   • A non-refundable registration fee is payable when a child is registered at the school.
   • School fees which are non-refundable are enrollment or on a quarterly basis and year fees.
   • As part of our school policy, parents are required to continue paying tuition fees even if their child takes a leave, as their spot in the school remains reserved and operational costs continue.
6. Attendance Policy
   • In the event of an unannounced absence, Wonderhope reserves the right to contact the parent or guardian for clarification.
   • When a child is sick and has a temperature above 37°C, the child will be sent home to rest.
7. Terms & Conditions Update
   • Wonderhope Preschool Kindergarten reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Parents or guardians will be notified of any changes via the official WhatsApp number or Email.
   • By registering, parents or guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
